    I can’t wait to make this tomorrow. What do you think it would taste like or act like as a crepe recipe if I left it in the fridge over night, less stirring and perhaps drying the sweet potatoes in a 200°oven then pressing through a fine sieve and adding last? Also, this might be good made with Japanese Yams, dash each of ground cocoa nibs, nutmeg and cinnamon smothered in caramelized plantains, with a little fresh vanilla bean whip cream on top! Boy oh boy….. can you tell I love experimenting with recipes??? I enjoy your site! Thank you for inspiring me!
