Whether you are new to the world of gluten-free living or a seasoned pro, finding and/or making great tasting gluten free breads is one of the biggest challenges with a gluten free lifestyle. Remember that warm, fresh from the oven bread that you couldn’t wait to sink your teeth into? Well, I’m here to prove that you CAN have that feeling again!
Here at Gluten-Free-Bread.org (GFB), we focus 100% on gluten free breads – muffins, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, scones, sandwich bread, yeast bread and even tortillas. And most of our recipes accommodate for more than gluten allergies – egg, dairy and nut allergies – I hear ya!
Our mission is simple:
To create, review and share the best, most amazing gluten free bread recipes with you.
I’m Christine. I’m based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, in the heart of the city, I’m a wife, mom and baker. I love bread. And I love baking. Creating, making and photographing breads is super fun for me and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Little known fact about me: I used to decorate cakes. But this got to be a pretty demanding hobby/side job. Maybe someday if I can find some pics of those cakes, I’ll share them with you. I wasn’t too bad at it 🙂
But, as for bread and how this food website came to be, well, I grew up with bread as a staple with every meal. But as the years went on and I started to try my hand at different types of breads, something about gluten free bread just grabbed my taste buds and wouldn’t let go!
It might be the challenge that comes with baking without gluten or maybe the way it’s part science part creativity to get a yeast bread recipe to turn out just like one with gluten.
Either way, I love it and I can’t wait to share everything I know about gluten free breads with you. I want to make baking bread easy, tasty and fun! And, best of all, the tips and recipes I share are actually my own recipes, photographed in my own often messy kitchen! So chances are, as you’re browsing the quick bread recipes, I’ve got another one in the oven!

We started this website out of a real desire for a website dedicated to just gluten free breads.
