    I can’t have dairy in the bread so in lace of dry milk could I have coconut milk powder?

    It will make adequate breadcrumbs as my first try at it is not encouraging. Not airy, not light.
    The tapioca flour… i assume you meant tapioca starch? ( i do have cassava flour and is a good addition to my gluten-free flour blend).
    The chia and the flax seeds are measured before grinding to a meal consistency?
    It did feel pretty liquid, some in progress pictures would be useful to assess interim steps.

    I will try the other two bread machine recipes ( cheese, cinnamon) then i will reassess.

      Thanks for the comment!

      Sorry to hear it didn’t turn out for you.

      So I do use tapioca flour in this recipe. And you are correct, the seeds are ground before adding the water to make the slurry.

      Using the flours and starches I use in the recipe should result in a perfect loaf. Let me know if you have any other questions.
