    I am not celiac, but that makes no difference in that I cannot tolerate gluten, nor any of the substitutions for it as discussed in the Gluten-Free article. Lots of folks with sensitive systems are in the same boat. I haven’t read all of your recipes closely, but sure hope that I can find some in the collection without dairy, nuts, seeds, fruits, gums and such.
